Online Dating Tips: This Is Not The Time To Copy and Paste!

No matter how many men you want to contact always, always write an original email! It seems like a real easy solution to copy and paste text into each email but it won’t do you any favors if you’re serious about finding a date. You may think he won’t notice but he will and your chances of getting an email back are reduced dramatically.

Would you write back to what seems to be an automated email? No you won’t either so why expect him to email back. Maybe you can’t send as many emails but you will get more replies and that’s what you’re after! It’s all about quality not quantity.

The first thing you need to do is to get your email opened by writing an interesting subject line. You’ll see that most other women don’t take the time to come up with something that makes him want to read their email so if you do your chances are way better!

When he opens your email you’ve lost most of your competition as other women just stick to “hi” and now you have his undivided attention for at least a few seconds, you need to leave a great first impression. If you don’t seem interesting he’s not going to read after the first 2 lines. Keep him reading your whole email and chances are high that he will reply.

Show him that you took the time to read his profile!
Just take 1 or 2 things from his profile you think you can find something interesting to ask about or you can make a funny comment on. Now you’re inviting him to write back with an answer to your question or a remark on your comment and you’ve started a conversation.

Don’t use everything he mentions in his profile, you need to save something for your second email. Check again that he doesn’t answer these questions in his profile and don’t bombard him with questions either just keep it light and fun.

Tell him a little bit about yourself too, just enough to get him interested in who you are and what you like to do. This is not the time to tell him your life story, let your profile tell him that if he wants to get to know you too.

Keep this email short, to the point and not too serious, this is just a quick email to let him know you are interested in getting to know him better.
